FunFlights Helicopter-Tours: Alpine Views from Belp

FunFlights Helicopter-Tours is an aerial sightseeing experience based in Belp, Switzerland. Public feedback is unusually consistent: the business holds a Google rating of 5 from 139 reviews, and reviewers repeatedly praise the pilots, organization and mountain scenery.

What the reviews show

Safety is the clearest theme. Several passengers describe the pilot as professional, experienced and reassuring throughout the flight. That matters on a helicopter experience, particularly for first-time flyers. Reviewers say the team created a relaxed atmosphere before and during the journey, with friendly assistance at the welcome and careful handling of the flight itself.

Oliver receives specific praise in several reviews. Passengers describe him as knowledgeable, personable and able to make the experience feel comfortable without taking attention away from the scenery. Another review highlights the quality of both the pilot and helicopter, calling the overall standard excellent.

The scenery

The flights give passengers a high viewpoint over central Switzerland. Reviews mention Bern and its surrounding landscape, as well as a scenic flight around Thun. One longer experience travelled from Belp toward Lenk, with views of Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn and Interlaken along the route.

The appeal is visual rather than interpretive. Passengers focus on the scale of the Alps, the changing mountain landscape and the chance to see familiar destinations from above. The reviews describe the views as breathtaking and unforgettable, especially for families and travellers looking for a special occasion experience.

Special occasions

FunFlights Helicopter-Tours also appears suited to planned surprises. One reviewer describes the team arranging a marriage proposal during a flight around Thun. The organization was praised as smooth and thoughtful, suggesting that passengers can discuss a significant moment with the team when booking.

That makes the experience a strong fit for couples, families and visitors marking an occasion. The public feedback also suggests that the flight can work for travellers who simply want a memorable Alpine perspective, without needing a full day of sightseeing on the ground.

Planning the experience

The public listings and reviews do not establish a standard flight duration, route menu or price level. Those details should be confirmed directly before booking, especially if a particular destination, proposal arrangement or longer route is important.

The strongest evidence points to a well-organized experience with a reassuring crew and broad Alpine views. Travellers should ask which landmarks are included on the chosen flight and whether the route can cover places such as Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn, Interlaken or Lenk. The experience is best approached as a dedicated scenic flight, not as transport between destinations.
